PCH Holdings Limited was incorporated as a private limited liability company on 30^th November 2006, for the purpose of assembling and distribution of computer and electronic equipment.

With the company’s focus being redirected subsequently it has grown in to a well-diversified conglomerate across several industries including Pharmaceutical, Apparel Manufacturing, Activated carbon Manufacturing, Engineering, and Manpower Services.The company was converted to a public limited liability on 20^th October 2011.
